• Protecting our community from fraud and ensuring that all creator submissions pass our quality vetting process in accordance with our Terms of Use.

5. Security of Your Personal Information

We are committed to protecting your personal information through commercially acceptable security measures designed to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, or modification. While we employ rigorous standards to safeguard the data you share with us, it is important to acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or cloud storage is completely secure, and therefore absolute data security cannot be guaranteed. To provide a more secure environment, we have implemented a passwordless authentication system using One-Time Passwords sent directly to your verified email address.

Consequently, we do not store or manage traditional passwords on our servers. You maintain the primary responsibility for the security of your own email account and any devices used to access our Service, as they serve as the exclusive gateway to your personal profile and data.

6. Data Retention and Inactive Accounts

Our platform is a professional tool designed for designers and creators who have reached the legal age to enter into binding contracts. Our Service curates publicly available content from social media platforms and the Meta Ad Library exclusively for design inspiration and research purposes. This content is indexed and displayed visually to provide creative insights; we do not apply any analytics or performance tracking scripts to this original third-party data.

We do not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed in our curated library. All copyright and proprietary rights remain with the original creators or brand owners. If you are a rights holder and believe your content has been shared without an appropriate basis, please contact us at support@snalb.com, and we will review and address your request promptly.

To ensure your privacy, we maintain a strict technical separation: we do not use tracking pixels, conversion scripts, or tracking technologies from Meta, Google, or other advertising networks within the curated content display areas of our platform.
